Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

    1. Returns and Exchanges

    Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

    Return Pickup Attempts:
    • Return or Exchange pickups will be attempted within 3-4 working days from the date of the request.
    • To support claims of defective products, record a clear unboxing video.
    • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
    Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

    2. Refund Process

    For COD Orders 
    • Refunds will be processed in the form of "Store Credit" within 8-10 working days after the return pickup is completed. 

    For Prepaid Orders 
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 8-10 working days after the return pickup is completed. (Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to 15% of order value per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy)
    Note:
    • COD payments will be refunded in the form of "Store Credit" ,which can be used on future purchases.
    • Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.

    3. Conditions for Returns

    • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
    • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

    4. Self-Shipping for Returns

    If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

    Shipping Instructions

    • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
    • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
    • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

    Reimbursement

    • For prepaid orders, ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
    • For COD orders, the refund will be credited in the form of "Store Credit".
    Note: Avoid using The Professional Couriers, as we do not accept shipments from them. We recommend Speed Post for reliable service.


    5. Reporting Damages

    1. If the product does not meet standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:

    2. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from confirmation.
