Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Make sure the product is unused with tags intact.

First Exchange is free, consequent exchanges are chargeable at the rate of Rs.200/-

Exchange /Return requests can be placed on the website by clicking Return and Exchange option in the main menu. You will need your order-id and Email/Phone number used for placing order. Pickups are arranged by us within 48-72 hours.

Incase you choose to get Refund, a charge of 10% of sales value will be deducted. In case of Returns a Store Credit with lifetime validity is issued.
