Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Make sure the product is unused with tags intact.

First Exchange is free, consequent exchanges are chargeable at the rate of Rs.200/-

Exchange /Return requests can be placed on the website by clicking Return and Exchange option in the main menu. You will need your order-id and Email/Phone number used for placing order. Pickups are arranged by us within 48-72 hours.

Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

For COD orders, a store credit will be provided on your registered email address/contact number.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. (Deduction of 10% of order value will be applicable)
